To help you decide if a private aircraft may suit your requirements, we list below some of the types available along with some examples of costings for recent, actual journeys. Please note that these costings are designed to give you examples and a budget indication.
General observations and what is included:
The prices given above are designed to give a feel for the cost of executive charters. Prices include all taxes, airport charges and levies. Light catering, appropriate to the time of day and a complimentary bar. Dedicated VIP lounges at each airport, where available also a personal representative to guide and assist. Extra costs include dedicated aircraft branding on headrest covers, coasters and napkins. Almost whatever one wants to be done can be done, as long as reasonable notice is given. Please bear in mind that although some trips may be only 30 minutes in legth, operators charge a daily minimum rate of at least 2 hours flying time, depending on aircraft size. Other aircarft are available including the BD700 Global Express capable of such itineraries as Paris to Bangkok or Moscow to New York with 12 passengers and the Boeing Business Jet (BBJ), based on the 737 series which carries between 16 and 48 seats - (the 16 passenger version has bedrooms and staterooms available)

Kingair 200 - Interior
Kingair 200 - Aircraft Charter

Kingair 200 - This is a turboprop aircraft that can seat up to 8 passengers in a comfortable "sit down" cabin. One of the most economical aircraft to charter, it can fly non stop for over 1500 miles at a cruising speed of over 300mph. Fully pressurised cabin. Catering is basic, with sandwiches, canapes, hot and cold beverages available on request. There is no flight attendant or WC on this aircraft.

Cost examples:
London to REIMS and return - 1 hour 20 mins, £4,400.
London to DUBLIN and return, 1 hour 30 mins, £4,800.
London to DEAUVILLE and return - 50 minutes, £3,600.

Citation Bravo - Charter

Citation Bravo - Smaller Jet aircraft which can accommodate up to 7 passengers, again in a "sit down" cabin. The Bravo has a range of 1500 miles, 3 hours flying, at a speed of over 450 mph. There is an enclosed WC aboard the aircraft with basic catering (same as the with the Kingair, above) and no flight attendant.

London to LE TOUQUET and return - 30 minutes, £4,400.
London to REIMS and return, 50 minutes, £4,800.
London to DUBLIN and return - 1 hour, £5,400.

Air Charter - Learjet 45

Learjet 45  - Popular choice, seating up to 8 passengers in comfortable, individual leather seats. Although the Learjet has a "sit down" cabin, it is deceptively spacious and offers a fully enclosed washroom, laptop connections, pull out tables, high quality cold catering and luggage space for 8 soft sided bags. There is no flight attendant. This aircraft can fly for up to 4 hours at over 500 mph with a range of about 2000 miles.

Cost examples: (1 night stop)
London to VENICE and return - 1 hour 50 mins, £12,500.
London to BARCELONA and return, 1 hour 55 mins, £13,200.
London to MADRID and return - 2 hours, £14,000.

Citation XLS  - An excellent midsize aircraft for a group of 6 to 7 passengers in a full stand up cabin. A flight attendant is not standard on this aircraft but may be requested at extra cost. One of the more important features of this aircraft is the genrous luggage hold, which is the largest in its class. High quality cold catering ad other facilities include fully enclose washroom, laptop connections and satellite telephone. The XLS can fly up to 1900 miles, or 4 hours at a cruising speed of up to 500 mph.

Cost examples for this aircraft are the same as for the Learjet 45.

Jetstream 41 - A commuter pressurised turboprop aircraft seating up to 29 passengers with flight attendant service. This aircraft carries cold catering only and has ample luggage capacity. The Jetstream has a cruising speed of over 300 mph and has a range of about 1000 miles.

London to NICE and return - 2 hour 30 mins, £15,000.
London to INVERNESS and return, 2 hours, £13,500.

Challenger 604 - This aircraft can seat between 9 to 12 passengers in various configurations, typically with a 3 seat sofa and 8 individual seats. The cabin is very spacious offering full stand up capability and space to walk around. A flight attendant and hot or cold gourmet catering is included. There is a large luggage hold and fully enclosed washroom. The aircarft has inflight entertainment, DVD player and stereo system, satellite telephone, lap top connections and work surfaces. The challenger flies at a crusing speed of around 500 mph and can fly London to New York non-stop.

Challenger 300 - Slightly smaller brother to the above, the 300 has a full stand up cabin for 9 passengers with 6 large individual seats and a 3 seat sofa. The aircraft has a flight attendant and the facility for hot and cold catering. Fully enclosed washroom, in flight entertainment, DVD player, laptop connections and satellite telephone. Large luggage space. The range is 3200 miles with a crusing speed of around 500 miles.
